Pricing

Service starts at $500/hr with a minimum booking of 3 hours and a maximum booking of 6 hours per day. For both set-up and take-down, 45 minutes is expected, and excluded from the booking hours.

Blanks

Whether it's hats, totes, napkins, bandanas, etc. I prefer my clients to source their own blanks to be embroidered, while I provide the thread. I am happy to source blanks for an additional fee, upon request.

Set-Up

Set-up includes a 3’ x 3’ table with the embroidery machine and a tablecloth, a stool for myself, and a small shelf to display thread options and flash designs. An additional table would be included if an assistant is necessary.

Extra Hands

Depending on the anticipated number of guests and event timeframe, I may suggest the addition of an assistant (+$50/hr) to increase the possible objects embroidered per hour by 25%.

Travel

Based in Portland, OR, we are eager to service the PNW and beyond! Travel reimbursement is expected for events outside Portland Metro as well as lodging reimbursement for events 3+ hours outside Portland ending past 8pm.
